Wear what the Caribbean Wears

When traveling to the Caribbean, it is vital to know what you should wear there. The dress code is fun and festive just like the Caribbean people. The weather is normally sunny and hot so wearing light cottons help keep your body cool.

Remember to take a swim suit with you because the beaches are gorgeous and just right for fun in the sun. The style in the Caribbean is very laid back and any shorts, open toe slippers and cotton top works well.

Avoid dark colors because those help attract the sun. Caribbean Wear is fun and colorful but also cool and light. The Caribbean is still an infant when it comes to Fashion so avoid being an odd nob, wear what the natives are wearing.

If you plan on attending an event try not to attend in your swim suit because Caribbean people see that as tacky. Try wearing a sleeveless dress. Remember there will be lots of walking so don’t forget the sunscreen.
